In order to qualify, your family’s income must not exceed the limits set by Portland Housing Bureau. The current income limits are listed below:

- Your qualification is based on the entire household’s income including wages, social security, pensions, or disability income, unemployment compensation, alimony or child support income, and income from assets
- Qualification is determined at the time of your initial application.
- Your income can exceed the income limits after occupancy with no impact on your rent.
- Income is defined as the gross amount of income anticipated to be received by all members of the household, with some exceptions, during a 12 month period following the lease start date.
